QI-Balance
QI-GONG
Qi-Gong is a Chinese movement art that trains mindfulness and concentration and allows you to gain strength. Qi-Gong is widespread in China and now also worldwide and is typically practiced in Shaolin monasteries. Like acupuncture, Qi-Gong is also a fundamental part of traditional Chinese medicine, TCM.
The very important Chinese term Qi is often simply referred to as life energy. Translated, Gong stands for work and ability. Qi-Gong therefore offers us a way to become aware of and access to the handling of our own energy.
